Bio

I’m Brent — a Salesforce consultant, architect, and solution designer who’s spent the last decade designing lead-to-cash and multi-cloud systems across industries.

My background spans marketing, software development, and enterprise transformation. I’ve launched global campaigns, led Salesforce orgs from startup to scale, and built processes that last.

But more than anything, I care about building systems that work — for the business, for the people using them, and for the customers they serve.

Outside of tech, I’m a full-time dad, husband, and amateur woodworker. I make sawdust and systems in equal measure.

I hold 21 Salesforce certifications — which is a fancy way of saying I spend a lot of time in orgs, in Trailhead, and under the hood. Along with probably needing another hobby.

No matter the industry I’ve served, one theme always comes up: how do we help sales teams sell smarter, faster, and better? I focus on designing Salesforce to support great outcomes from first touch to final invoice.

Why “Dado”?

Dado (pronounced day-doh) is a woodworking term: a groove cut into a board so another piece can slot perfectly into place. You’ll see it in shelves, cabinetry, and furniture built to last.

A perfect dado cut takes precision, expertise, and the right tools. When done right, it creates a strong joint that’s clean and functional.

That’s the spirit I bring to my work — craftsmanship, care, and the belief that great design connects things in a way that makes them stronger together.
